Because if you have your contact information filled out, your scouting movie in your profile, your grades available, and you are featured on our page that says "These players are looking to get recruited," scouts will know you are interested in playing baseball at the next level and at the very least they will take a look at your profile.
All players who purchase an HSBN Scouting Profile will be featured in the "Featured Player Profiles" module that randomly displays 3 scouting profiles below the "Today's Scores" module in the right sidebar of the site every time a page loads. This equates to dramatically greater exposure for players who have a Scouting Profile. The more a Player's Name gets into the mind of the scouts who visit the site several times daily, the better chance that scout gives that Player a chance.

What is so great about the HSBN Scout Pad that we give free to scouts?
We give scouts a simple admin panel and easy to use tools (the HSBN Scout Pad), so they can quickly find, track, rate, leave notes, and compare every player in our network. Our goal is to get as many scouts as possible into our system, so the players in high school baseball get MAXIMUM EXPOSURE.
Here is a little know fact: Each year scouts get reports on the top 100 or so players from various publications across the country. This means that of the more than 10,000 high school baseball players participating yearly, scouts only know about 1-2% of them. Our goal is to change that stat.
Pricing for HSBN Extended Profiles
The regular price for a player to get a verified HSBN Extended Profile is $250 for the first season and $100 to renew the following season.
We are offering a 60% discount for the Spring 2012 season only, so players who sign up today will only pay $100 for the first season and $100 each renewal season.
HSBN Extended Profiles Include..
All basic profile information verified by an HSBN representative. This means the player's primary and secondary positions will be listed properly, 60 times will be accurate, GPA and test scores will be confirmed, a video can be uploaded, a photo will be inserted, and all contact information will be collected and entered into the system.
As a bonus, players who sign up will be eligible to receive discounts on future HSBN showcases and events.
