You understand that you may cancel your membership at anytime, but that no refunds will be given at any time for any reason. You understand that by joining the HSBN Clubhouse you, and your favorite players, will receive no beneficial coverage by HSBN editorial staff, nor will you receive any favorable ratings. You understand you are not paying for the HSBN Featured Players service, which displays a player profile on the homepage and other areas of HSBN websites, but rather, you are paying for a recurring membership that grants you access to all premium content and most tools available on all HSBN websites as long as your subscription is in good standing. You understand that you cannot update your game or season stats, because that is the responsibility of coaches and managers of teams, or HSBN staff alone. Players Club memberships can be connected to one player account and can edit some of their own profile data. Players Club members may only connect their account to one profile and that connection can never be changed in the future without the assistance of HSBN staff. Profile data that is updated by Players Club members may be overwritten by coaches or HSBN staff at any time, though the player does have the right to change it again. Misrepresenting profile data, for instance, stating your height is 6'2, when in fact your height is 5'10, is grounds for instant Players Club membership cancellation. Videos submitted must attempt to show players in a positive light and should not embarrass or bully any player. Any video displaying a player in a negative light can/will be deleted if offended player requests deletion. Videos submitted must be accepted on Instagram or Youtube or Vimeo in order to be displayed in HSBN feeds. Videos must be related to baseball or school activities. Any member consistently uploading videos that violate these terms and conditions will see their account cancelled. No refunds will be given for any membership that is cancelled as a result of abuse.
